Partner / Small Group Training - 50 Minutes

Pricing  per athlete:

1x/week - $360/month

2x/week - $680/month

1x/week - $400/month

2x/week - $720/month

Virtual Coaching - 50 Minutes

Packages are created per month (4-week programs) and billed accordingly:

Professional Development / Mentoring - 50 Minutes

These meetings are to develop you as a fitness professional in all areas involved. We will be addressing client acquisition/retention, assessment, program design, session experience, client populations, corrective exercise, and anything else related to the health and fitness profession. 


Rates are determined by how often we meet per month:


1x/month - $170/month

2x/month - $320/month

1x/week - $480/month

2x/week - $900/month
